Steph joined the team in the spring of 2001. She has over 20 years of experience in the computer industry, having worked in various capacities, ranging from hardware test, and design, through many stages of software development. Stephanie also has been playing organ for over 35 years. She has studied under William Chaff and Thomas Long. Her interest in pipe organs led her to switch careers, and find a home with the Carey Organ Company |
She works with the programming of the new software controlled organ relays, performs reed voicing, re-leathering, wiring and tuning. In addition to that, she functions as the business assistant, doing bookkeeping, and various other office tasks. |
In her spare time, she operates the Troy Weather Network, as an amateur meteorologist. Her independent weather station provides continuous live data to the NWS, NOAA, CWOP, and others. Ever the computer wizard, she also is part of a local data hosting operation. She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Sean. |
